THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

The matter is listed for hearing of waiver application I.A. No. 239 of 2020. At the very outset a request is made for adjournment on the personal ground of Learned Counsel for the Appellant. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 and 2 placed a judgment of the Hon’ble Telangana High Court dated 3^rd March, 2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 21219 of 2020 wherein the Writ Petition was dismissed with an observation that is pre deposit is made, Appeal may be considered for hearing.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 3 submits that no copy of Paper Book is served upon him. Let copy of Paper Book and I.As. be served upon the Respondent No. 3.
