THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal is within time in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Telengana at Hyderabad in WP No. 26079 of 2017 wherein liberty was granted to file appeal u/s 18 of the SARAFAESI Act, 2002 within six weeks. Learned counsel submits that copy of the order was received on 18.10.2023. As such, appeal is within time. Record shows certified copy of the order of the High Court is not filed by the appellant. It could not be accepted that appeal is within time granted by the High Court without filing certified copy of the order. Learned counsel prays for and is granted time file supplementary affidavit.
