The details of the assignment by the first Respondent Bank have been supplied to the Counsel for the Appellant but the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that he does not intend to substitute the first Respondent Bank despite the details of the assignment being handed over.
Hence, the appeal shall proceed at the risk of the Appellant. The first Respondent is at liberty to file a reply within four weeks. Post on 20.04.2023 for reply/hearing.
