The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent was directed to file a reply on the application for waiver of deposit within a period of two weeks from 06.01.2023. The reply however could not be filed within that time and the Respondent has filed an application at Dairy No. 202/2023 seeking an extension of time to file the reply. Reply has already been filed and the delay needs to be condoned. The office has raised certain objections in this application and the objections are not very serious.
Hence, the application is directed to be taken on the file and the

delay in filing the reply stands condoned.
I.A. No. 81/2023 is an application for impleading the auction purchaser. It is allowed and steps shall be taken to amend the appeal memorandum within two weeks.
