THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 informed that Respondent No. 1 Sri Sujit Kr. Bishal had expired on 28.09.2021. Mr. P. Pal, Learned Counsel submits that he will provide the details of proposed legal heirs, who are the widow and son to the Appellant, during the course of the day. He also undertakes to file vakalatnama on their behalf. Accordingly, Appellant may file the substitution application within a week. Notices are exempted.
List on 29th August, 2023 for hearing of substitution application as well as application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. Opposition to Section 5 Limitation Act if any, may be filed in the meantime. Copy of the condonation application be served within a week.
