This is an application filed by the Auction Purchaser, namely M/s. Sapphire Deal Trade Private Limited, for impleadment as Respondent in the appeal, in compliance of the order dated 16^th May, 2023. As per Registrar’s report, pre deposit has been made.

Let Auction Purchaser be impleaded as Respondent No. 3.

Accordingly, I.A. Diary No. 427 of 2023 is allowed.

Respondent No. 3 is represented through Mr. Ajit Kumar Mishra who undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a week.
