THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the order passed by Hon’ble High Court at Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No.20875 of 2014 dated 21.09.2016, present appeal becomes infructuous . Learned counsel has endorsed the same on the memo of appeal.
Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
