THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the proposed legal representative 3(a) Sri C. Hanumantha Rao is taken on record. All other Respondents are served. I.A. No. 19 of 2023 Application for substitution of legal representatives of Respondent No. 3 Ms. C. Prabhavathi who died on 25.04.2020. No objection is filed. Accordingly, I.A. No. 19 of 2023 is allowed. Let the substitution be carried out within a week. All the other legal representatives are represented. Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he need not to file any fresh opposition. Cross appeal filed by the Respondent No. 1, 2 and 4 is on record. Opposition against the cross Appeal if any, be filed by the Appellant within three weeks with copy to the Respondent who may file the reply within two weeks thereafter.
