Ld. Advocate, Ms. Sharmistha Pal is present for appellant and files affidavit for service of summons on 12.01.2021. Tracking reports are showing that services of summons are not confirmed in respect of respondent no.1, 5 & 6. She submits that service may be treated as confirmed upon respondent no.1 since service is effective in respect of respondent no.2, who is the sole proprietor of respondent no.1. She also prays for paper publication of summons upon respondent no.5 & 6.
Service in publication mode is ordered for respondent no.5 & 6. Notice shall be published in the widely circulated English and vernacular daily of the last resided area of the respondent concerned.
None appears for respondent.
