Learned counsel for the appellant submits that previously, Shri Pankaj Sinha, Advocate, who had engaged him, has expired. It is further contended that the director of the company has also expired. Inspite of best efforts, the learned counsel for the appellant is unable to contact the company or its director, therefore, he prays for further time to make last effort for contacting the company or any of its authorized representatives so that the rejoinder may be filed and matter may be heard on merits.
