THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Application is filed by the Appellant in compliance of the order dated 21st August, 2023 for impleading the Borrowers as Respondents, namely M/s Abhinava Fine Chemicals, Mrs. Subbarangamma and Mr. P. Mallewsham in the appeal. Since the application is in compliance of the order and Borrowers are necessary parties, Appellant is permitted to implead them as party Respondents. Necessary amendment be carried out within three days.
Notices be issued upon the newly added Respondents and Affidavit-of-Service be filed within two weeks.
Opposition may be filed by the Respondents within four weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
I.A. 380 of 2023 is allowed.
