THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Mr. Sudhir Kumar Senapati, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the Appellant and submits that he will file fresh Vakalatnama within two days.
Record shows that it has already been observed on 24th March, 2023 that the Appellant is litigating a luxurious litigation. Cost was imposed and direction was issued for impleading borrower as necessary party/Respondent. But even after lapse of six months, neither cost is deposited nor compliance regarding impleadment of borrower is made.
