THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties.
It appears that on 5th March, 2022 a request was made by the Learned Counsel for Respondent for granting time for filing objection, which was allowed.
Today, Learned Counsel submits that the concerned officer of the Bank having been transferred, the reply could not be filed. It shows the callous attitude of the concerned Bank Officers. It appears that due to the reasons best known to them; intentionally they are not filing the objection which could not be appreciated.
