Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter is being delayed deliberately at the behest of the respondentBank. It is also contended that on the last occasion, it was argued that even before sanction of the loan, the loan account was classified as NPA by the respondent-bank, to which learned counsel for the respondent-bank wanted to seek instruction.
Today, a mention has been made by the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank that the arguing counsel Shri A. K. Srivastava is indisposed, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal, hence he prays for adjournment.
