Pursuant to the earlier order dated 20.02.2023, the impleadment application being I.A. No. 186/2023 has been filed to bring on record the subsequent purchasers, who were purchased the property by the auction purchaser.
Learned counsel for the respondent-bank has no objection to the impleadment application.
Accordingly, the impleadment application is allowed. Let the necessary amendment be made in the array of parties within 10 days.
