Learned counsel for the appellant contends that he has no objection to the amendment application, which has been filed by the respondent-Bank. Accordingly, the amendment application is allowed. Let the necessary amendment be made by the learned counsel for the respondent bank with regard to correction of typographical error in the date mentioned in the written submission.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that a copy of affidavit has been served upon him today. In paragraph no. 3 of the said affidavit, it has been stated that the auction purchaser has transferred the property in favour of Smt. Kiran Kumari, wife of Shri Mani Bhushan Paswan, inspite of order dated 30.12.2020 of this Tribunal, therefore, the subsequent purchaser may also be impleaded as party in the present case.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to file an application for impleadment of the subsequent purchaser as named above. Let the same be done by the next date.
