I.A. No. 86 of 2023 application for impleadment of the auction purchaser as Respondent in the Appeal. Admittedly, the secured assets have been auctioned. It is also mentioned that the Sale Certificate was issued on 29.12.2022. In such circumstances it will be in the interest of justice that opportunity of hearing should also be given to the Auction Purchaser who is a necessary party. Accordingly, let the auction purchaser be impleaded as Respondent during the course of the day. Notices be issued to the auction purchaser for hearing on 13th March, 2023,
