It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that the restoration application, which is pending, may be allowed and the matter may be decided on merits. It is further intimated that the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court had disposed off the Writ-C No. 11869 of 2019 vide order dated 09.04.2019 with direction to the respondent-UPFC to consider the OTS proposal of the appellant, which is pending before it and decide the same in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the respondent-F.I. seeks time to seek instruction with regard to the status of the OTS proposal of the appellant. Let the same be done by the next date and no further opportunity shall be granted, as the appeal is of year 2013.
