M/S Petex Producats & Ors. Vs UCO Bank
The Hon’ble Court vide order 17.02.2023, directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount due prior to the next date fixed i.e. 09.05.2023, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory predeposit without further reference to Hon’ble Court.
As per office report dated 08.05.2023, no amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of the above order dated 17.02.2023, passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
