THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 51 of 2023 substitution Application filed by the Appellant for substitution of Respondent No. 2 namely Sri Valluri Datatreya Uma Sankar. Respondent No. 2 died on 16.10.2022. His daughter Ms. Valluri Sree Sai Datta Lahari is represented through Mr. B. Chandrasen Reddy, Learned Counsel. No formal objection is required. Accordingly, substitution application being I.A. No. 51 of 2023 is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. Vakalatnama of substituted Respondent No. 2 is already filed.

Opposition if any, be filed within a period of four weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
