It is reported that Respondent No. 2 Valluri Datatreya Uma Sanker has expired. Necessary steps for substitution be taken by 3rd February, 2023.
It is further submitted that Andhra Bank has been merged with Union Bank of India. Necessary amendment be carried out in the memo of Appeal by the Appellant.
