THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that this appeal arises against the judgment and order dated 12th February, 2020 passed by the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Hyderabad in O.A. 382 of 2019. It is further submitted that the Bank has initiated SARFAESI action against the Appellant wherein Rs.70.00 lac has been paid by the Appellant on different dates.
