C.O. 1147 of 2023 was fixed for hearing but the Hon’ble High Court bench was vacate hence the instant matter has been fixed tomorrow at 12 p.m. As such I am unable to attend the DRAT matter tomorrow, hence it is prayed that the matter may be adjourned for the next date.”
