Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has preferred a Writ Petition S.R. No. 16957 of 2023 against the order dated 22.03.2023. There is no stay order on record. Compliance of the order regarding pre deposit is not made. Accordingly, Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable for want of pre-deposit and non compliance of the order dated 22.03.2023.
