It appears that the compliance of order dated 15.02.2023 is not made. As would appear from the record this appeal is pending since 2019 which was filed against O.A. No. 104 of 2015 meaning thereby that O.A. is pending for last eight years.
Today a request is made by the Learned Counsel that she has been engaged today. Even the vakalatnama by the Ld. Counsel is not on record. This shows the delaying tactics on the part of Appellant. Order dated 15.02.2023 is also not complied. Learned Counsel Ms. Menakshi Majumder sought time.
