Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri Prabhav Srivastava is indisposed today, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Court, hence he seeks adjournment.
Learned counsels for the respondents seriously object to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant, as the appeal is of the year 2014.
