The office report dated 16.05.2023 shows that no rejoinder has been filed to the reply of the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 1 has not file reply. The said report further records that no pre-deposit has been made.
On previous occasion i.e. 01.03.2023, it was stated by the counsel for the appellant that the entire dues have already been deposited, therefore, no pre-deposit is required. In this regard, let the respondent-Bank file reply by the next date.
A mention has been made on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank that the arguing counsel Shri B. K. Kesharwani is out of station, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he seeks adjournment.
