Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank within three days, who may file reply by the next date fixed.
The present appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against the final order dated 30.06.2023 passed by the Tribunal below in Appeal No. 05/2021, whereby proceeding before the Tribunal below was dismissed for want of pre-deposit amount. Here also, no pre-deposit has been made for maintainability of the appeal.
