Shri Sahil Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant states that nobody has approached for taking NOC nor his dues has been cleared by the appellant, therefore, he prays that unless and until his fee is paid by the appellant, the another counsel may not be permitted to appear in the case.

Shri Shadab Alam, Advocate, who is also present today on behalf of the appellant, states that he shall seek instruction from his client by the next date.
