The office report dated 13.07.2023 shows that pursuant to the earlier order dated 23.05.2023, the counsel for the appellant has deposited Rs. 3,81,300/- as pre-deposit. Let the said amount be kept in the form of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme. The said report further shows that no reply has been filed by the respondent-Bank to the delay condonation application.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank further seeks time to file reply to the delay condonation application. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed as the appeal is of year 2019.
