Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 04/2023.
The urgency application has been filed by the applicant on the ground that the withdrawal application being I.A. No. 05/2023 has already been filed, therefore, the matter may be expedited, so that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The report of the registrar dated 04.01.2023 shows that the matter is already fixed for 06.02.2023.
In view of the above, the urgency application being I.A. No. 04/2023 is allowed and the date fixed for 06.02.2023 is preponed to 10.01.2023 for hearing on withdrawal application.
