No pre-deposit has been made. It has been stated that appellant is appellant are owner of the property. As per the Sale notice (Page 31 of the appeal), the dues was Rs. 20,66,357=88P + interest. Waiver Application has been filed. It has been stated that the appellant had deposited Rs. 5.50 lakh and he is ready to deposit Rs. Rs. 6.00 lakh more. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 18.10.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 771/2022. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 509/2022), Interim Relief Application (I.A. No. 510/2022) and Waiver Application (I.A. No. 511/2022) have been filed along with the appeal.
