Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application being I.A. No. 747/2022 stating therein that till the pronouncement of the order, an interim order may be granted in favour of the appellant, otherwise appellant shall suffer irreparable loss.
The present appeal was filed by the appellant against the rejection of the interim relief prayed for before the Tribunal below. The main prayer of the present case is for granting of interim relief. The said appeal has already been heard finally and is reserved for pronouncement of the order. Hence, it would not be appropriate to pass any interim relief in favour of the appellant at this stage. However, list this case for pronouncement of the order on 12.01.2023.
