THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has complied the orders dated 11.04.2023. He has shown two drafts for Rs.35,00,000/- and Rs.38,44,000/-.
Learned counsel should deposit the same in accordance with rules with the Appellate Tribunal within a week. Let the drafts be taken back by the counsel.
Appeal be registered by providing regular number.
The Respondent may file his opposition within two weeks with a copy to the appellant, who has to file rejoinder by the next date of posting. Till then proceedings before the learned DRT-II shall remain stayed.
No adjournment in Appeal shall be granted. If any adjournment is sought by the appellant, interim order shall be cancelled.
