THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Admission
When a query is raised about the illegality in the impugned order regarding admission, Learned Counsel submits that he has not even filed the vakalatnama in the Appeal. He submits that some Counsel at Hyderabad is looking after the matter and his vakalatnama is filed in the Appeal. When Appeal is listed for admission, it is the bounden duty of the Learned Counsel to come prepared for hearing on admission. Mr. Chatterjee even did not file the power on behalf of the Appellants. He has no right. However, on his request, list the matter tomorrow for admission.
It is made clear that if the arguments are not made on tomorrow, the matter shall be finally disposed of.
