The Appellants impugn the order in I.A. 591/2022 dated 10.05.2022 in S.A. 149/2022 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (D.R.T.), Nagpur. The application for waiver was heard and the pre-deposit as directed was made. The Appeal is filed with the delay of 2 days and for the reason stated in the application for condonation of delay, the Appellant seeks to condone it.
No reply has been filed by the Respondent on this application for condonation of delay. The reason stated for the delay is explained and I find no reason to decline the request to condone the delay. The application is allowed and a delay of 2 days is condoned.
The registry is directed to take the appeal on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
