It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant that the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat has extended the stay which was granted on 30.12.2022 for two weeks more from 04.01.2023. It is further submitted that R/S.C.A. No. 26678/2022 challenging the order of this Tribunal was been dismissed on 04.01.2023 but a further appeal has been preferred. Hence, post the matter on 25.01.2023.
