Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent is a daughter of Late Manju Sinha-Borrower and the property in question being a residential house situated at Mohalla Vishweshwaraiya Nagar, Bailly Road, P.S. Rupuspur, District Patna belongs to her mother and the respondent being a daughter is ready to redeem the said property by paying the value of the same as assessed by the Bank and it is stated by the counsel for the respondent that the entire amount as may be indicated by the bank will be deposited with the Bank within four months and a formal proposal shall be given by the respondent to the Bank shortly.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to obtain the instruction from the Bank with regard to the submission made by the respondents. Let the same be obtained by the next date.
