Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 17.05.2022 passed by the DRT, Patna in S.A. No. 27/2020. The report of the Registrar dated 07.09.2022 shows that I.A. No. 336/2022 being delay condonation application has been filed.
Shri Himanshu Tiwari, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank and submits that the copy of memo has not been served upon him. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to serve the same within 48 hours upon the counsel for the respondent-bank, who may file reply by the next date.
Issue notice to the remaining respondents on the delay condonation application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
