I.A. No. 255/2022 is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
Respondents Nos. 2 to 5 have filed objections to the application and have vehemently opposed it.
Heard both sides. It is seen that the reasons for the delay have been explained in the application and the accompanying affidavit. I find no reason to decline the condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed and a delay of 60 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
The appeal shall be taken on file if there are no others defects to be cured.
Post on 27.04.2023 before the Registrar for compliance.
