party which is his obligation under Order 22, Rule 10-A of the Code of Civil Procedure. taking these circumstances into consideration, both applications are allowed and the delay is condoned and the legal representatives of deceased R2 are impleaded as 2a to 2e. Carry out the amendment within two weeks, and served the amended copy of the appeal memorandum to the Respondents who are appearing.
