The Ld. Counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter has been settled and the entire amount as agreed to be settled, has been paid. A pursis to that effect has been filed on behalf of the Respondent Bank.
The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the Respondent Bank to return the title deeds and give a certificate regarding clearance of liability shall also be issued to the Appellants as agreed by the parties between them.
Miscellaneous Applications, if any, are dismissed as infructuous.
