Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the copy of I.A. No. 397/2023 being impleadment application has not been served upon him and reply to the restoration application is under preparation and shall be filed within two days.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the aforesaid I.A. upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank during course of the day.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the auction purchaser is changing the nature of the property in question.
