Shri Mohd. Imran, Advocate holding brief of Shri S. Safdar Ali Kazmi, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present. Ld. Counsel for the appellant files Waiver Application along with fee of Rs. 250/- (IPO), which is taken on record.
With regard to the mandatory 25% deposit, he submits that the property has been sold and the sale consideration is with the respondent-Bank. Hence, no amount with regard to mandatory deposit is required. For the rest amount of 25% he has filed Waiver Application as mentioned above, on which he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
In view of the above, all the defects stand removed except pre-deposit. List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 26.09.2022 for admission.
