Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 396/2023.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the auction purchaser is dismantling the house. It is also contended that the impleadment application for impleading the auction purchaser is pending consideration.
The learned counsel for the applicant has not placed any document or evidence, which may authenticate his contention. However, the urgency application is allowed and the date already fixed for 08.08.2023 is preponed to 05.07.2023.
