Present: Shri V. K. Shukla, counsel for the appellant, None for the respondents,
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that initially steps were taken by the counsel for the appellant, but no tracking report was available with him, therefore, it was directed that fresh steps be taken for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 1 & 2, which was not taken due to inadvertent. Learned counsel further prays that a week’s time may be granted to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents no. 1 & 2.
It is made clear that a week’s time, but no more, is granted to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents no. 1 & 2 by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post, failing which appropriate order shall be passed. Affidavit of service along with tracking be filed by the next date.
List this case on 25.05.2023 for service.
