Learned counsel for the appellant submits that although the notices were sent to the respondents and the postal receipts are available, but no tracking reports are with him, therefore, the learned counsel prays for taking fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 1 to 4.
Let fresh steps be taken by the counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 1 to 4 within a week by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
The cause list shows that Shri Wajid Hyder, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent no. 5, but today he is not present.
