Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellants has filed withdrawal application with the prayer that the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn in view of the fact that the DRT, Dehradun has appointed a receiver to prepare an inventory report with detailed account by its order dated 03.03.2023 passed in the S.A. No. 71/2021. Therefore, it is contended that the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant.
In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
