Ld. Counsel Ms. Ch. Veda Vani appears on behalf of Appellant and rectifies all the defects as mentioned in order dated 19/04/2023 except defects at Sl. No. (i) & (vi).
In respect of defects at Sl. No. (i) & (vi) of theorder dated 19/04/2023 i.e.for submitting deficit court fee and waiver application, Ld. Counsel for Appellant submits a memo stating therein that the appeal does not attract court fee as the matter/appeal is not even numbered and heard on merits and even waiver application is not necessary in that regard. Hence, Ld. Counsel requests to place the matter before the Hon’ble Chairperson so that she can proceed in the matter.
None appears for Respondent.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 12/05/2023 for admission.
