Learned counsel for the appellant has served the copy of appeal upon the counsel for the respondents-borrowers and he will serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent no. 4 also during the course of the day.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that he is in possession of the property in question.
Learned counsel for the respondents-borrowers contends that the property in question is an open land.
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that vide order impugned, the possession has been directed to be restored in the interregnum. Therefore, status quo be directed to be maintained by the parties.
In view of the above, till the next date of listing, all the parties concerned are directed to maintain the status quo qua the property in question as it exists today.
The urgency application is disposed off.
